Image Joinery produce doors and door sets achieving one hour and half hour resistance.

Following our investment in the latest CNC and edge banding technology we can provide one off doors or large production runs. Our edge banding machine was purpose built to our specification with fire door production in mind, it enables us to securely bond hardwood door lippings up to 60mm x 15mm section. It has a PUR gluing system which is moisture curing and does not fail in the event of fire - unlike some competitors.

Our door cores are HALSPAN and FLAME BREAK and are fully certificated, we  use ironmongery approved by CERTFIRE and certificated glazing and fire sealing gaskets.Glazing apertures and frames are constructed in accordance with current standards concerning fire resistance.

Working closely with contractors or designers to produce either bespoke joinery and bespoke counters, to handling multiple production joinery items for roll out programmes - all is well within the capabilities of Image Joinery in Wigan.
